Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to sanitary safety following COVID-19 as our products are categorized intimate in nature.

Refunds are not accepted. Please double check your shipping details at checkout as we are not responsible for customer errors. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, you will be prompt to file a claim with USPS about all lost or stolen packages as we are no longer responsible for your order once it is scanned in possession or marked delivered via your USPS tracking number.
